Divide the Work Code in smaller, more manageable Tasks. Each Task can be assigned to one or more employees. Mark Tasks as complete, and issue a report of pending Task with ease.
Costing Module
Assign the accrued Labour and Materials to a project. Transform Tasks into Purch Orders and email them to third party Contractors. Issue payment receipts, and mark Purchase Orders as paid. Work out Sales Order based on tasks. Markup labour of individual employees by percentage or amount. Create a special Labour rate for that special customer.
Patrol
The patrol module is the ideal tool to manage and control security guards. Create customised routes, and add checkpoints. Assign at what time these check point must be inspected and by who. Generate Payroll
Generate payroll for Multiple companies and multiple frequencies. It is possible to generate a monthly payroll for a group of employees and a weekly payroll for another group. Decide Leave and Overtime Periods independently from Clocking periods.

View the career progression over time; History positions, Current and even future positions. Create new positions, job descriptions, remuneration packages and so on. Send new positions through the approval process for managerial approval.
Generate Pay slips
With the Generate Pay slips feature, creating and distributing employee pay slips is quick and easy. The system automatically generates detailed, customizable pay slips that include gross pay, net pay, deductions, bonuses, benefits, taxes and much more. These pay slips can be securely sent via email or simply printed in pdf.
Edit Pay slips
A Pay Slip keeps synchronizing to the time and attendance module in the background until you commit it. Afterwards it is possible to manually adjust every field of an individual Pay Slips or import adjustments in bulk.
Direct Bank Transfers
